Description of the Assignment:
▪ The objective of the Endline study was to examine the Quality and Standards project results. The analysis will compare relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, governance and inclusiveness, sustainability, and impact of the project.
▪ The baseline survey is intended to inform the status of all indicators and map the starting point for the key elements and set the ground against which the progress will be measured in the later stages of project implementation.
