Description of the Assignment: This is an online study that carries out a critical review of the budgeting process for the central government. Among other things, it focuses on:
▪ Analyzing Inclusiveness of the budgeting process
▪ Assessing governance and accountability: specific analysis on inequalities and trust (special case studies for youth and women, and the agriculture sector)
▪ Establishing Budget linkages and alignment with the country’s development
policies, long and medium-term plans
